An Act to provide for the constitution of a College Service Commission in West Begnal and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto. Whereas it is expedient to provide for the constitution of a College Service Commission in West Bengal and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto; It is hereby enacted as follows:-
