An Act to provide for reformation of functions, management and control of College Service Commission, West Bengal, and for matters connected therewith and incidental thereto. Whereas it is expedient to provide for reformation of functions, management and control of College Service Commission, West Bengal, and for matters connected therewith and incidental thereto; It is hereby enacted in the Sixty-third Year of the Republic of India, by the Legislature of West Bengal, as follows;-
