West Bengal Consolidated Fund ( Charged Expenditure ) Act, 1951

An Act to declare certain expenditure to be expenditure charged upon the Consolidated Fund of the State. Whereas it is expedient to declare the contributions payable under certain enactments, and the grants to be made to certain local authorities by the State Government to be expenditure charged upon the Consolidated Fund of the State; It is hereby enacted as follows:-
