An Act to amend and consolidate the law relating to court-fees in the State of West Bengal. Whereas it is expedient to amend and consolidate the law relating to court-fees in the State of West Bengal; It is hereby enacted as follows:- Assent of the Governor was published in the Calcutta Gazette, Extraordinary, dated the 26th February. 1970.
