Assent of President of India was published in the Calcutta Gazette, Extraordinary, dated the 1st April, 1976. An Act to provide for the regulation of certain incidents of tenancy in relation to Government premises in West Bengal. Whereas it is expedient to provide for the regulation of certain incidents of tenancy in relation to Government premises in West Bengal and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto; It is hereby enacted as follows:-
