An Act to provide for the maintenance and control of highways, the prevention of encroachments thereon and the removal of encroachments therefrom, and for certain other matters connected therewith. Whereas it is expedient to provide for the maintenance and control of highways, the prevention of encroachments thereon and the removal of encroachments therefrom, and for certain other matters connected therewith; It is hereby enacted as follows:-
