Assent of the President was published in the Calcutta Gazette, Extraordinary, dated the 13th October, 1972. An Act to provide for the constitution of a Housing Board for West Bengal and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto. Whereas it is expedient to provide for the constitution of a Housing Board for West Bengal and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto; It is hereby enacted as follows:-
