An Act to provide for the establishment of a Board for the organisation, development and regulation of khadi industries and village industries in the State of West Bengal and certain matters connected therewith. Whereas it is expedient to provide for the establishment of a Board for the organisation, development and regulation of khadi industries and village industries in the State of West Bengal and certain matters connected therewith; It is hereby enacted as follows :-
