Assent of the President first published in the Calcutta Gazette, Extraordinary, dated the 30th August, 1974. An Act to provide for the constitution of a fund for promoting activities connected with the welfare of labour in West Bengal and for matters connected therewith. Whereas it is expedient to constitute a fund for promoting activities connected with the welfare of labour in West Bengal and for matters connected therewith; It is hereby enacted as follows :-
