Assent of the President first published in the Calcutta Gazette, Extraordinary, dated the the 21st February, 2001. An Act to provide for the constitution of a Maritime Board for minor ports in West Bengal and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto. Whereas it is expedient to provide for the constitution of a Maritime Board in West Bengal and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto; It is hereby enacted as follows: -
