Assent of the Governor was first published in the Calcutta Gazette. Extraordinary. dated the 28th April, 1977. An Act to provide for the prevention of unauthorised sale of Nationalised Text-Books and unauthorised production and publication of keys of such Nationalised Text-Books. Whereas it is expedient to provide for the prevention of unauthorised sale of Nationalised Text-Books and unauthorised production and publication of keys of such Nationalised Text-Books, and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto; It is hereby enacted as follows:-
