West Bengal Pre-university, University Entrance And Three-year Degree Course ( Discontinuance Of Admission For Prosecution Of Study ) Act, 1978

An Act to provide for the discontinuance of admission of students for prosecution of study in the Pre-University course, University Entrance course and Three-Year degree course as in force during the academic year beginning on the first day of June, 1977, in West Bengal. Whereas it is expedient in the public interest to provide for the discontinuance of admission of students for prosecution of study in the Pre-University course, University Entrance course, and Three-Year degree course as in force during the academic year beginning on the first day of June, 1977, in West Bengal and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto; It is hereby enacted as follows :-
