West Bengal Revenue Intelligence ( Collection And Monitoring Of Information ) Act, 1996

An Act to provide for the collection, compilation, analysis, preservation and monitoring of information and statistics with respect to commercial activities of trade, industry and agriculture in West Bengal and for the use of such information and statistics in framing or implementing the fiscal policy of the State of West Bengal. Whereas it is expedient to provide for the collection, compilation, analysis, preservation and monitoring of information and statistics with respect to commercial activities of trade, industry and agriculture in West Bengal and for the use of such information and statistics in framing or implementing the fiscal policy of the State of West Bengal; It is hereby enacted as follows :-
