West Bengal Right To Public Services Act, 2013

An Act to provide for the delivery of public services to the people of the State within the stipulated time limit and for matters connected therewith and incidental thereto. Whereas it is considered necessary and expedient to enact a legislation to provide for the delivery of public services to the people of the State within the stipulated time limit and for matters connected therewith and incidental thereto; It is hereby enacted in the Sixty-fourth Year of the Republic of India, by the Legislature of West Bengal, as follows:-
