West Bengal School Service Commission Act, 1997

Assent of the President of India was first published in the Calcutta Gazette, Extraordinary, dated the 1st April, 1997. An Act to provide for the constitution of Regional School Service Commissions and a Central School Service Commission in West Bengal and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto. Whereas it is expedient to provide for the constitution of Regional School Service Commissions and a Central School Service Commission in West Bengal and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto; It is hereby enacted as follows :-
