An Act to provide for the payment of house-rent allowance to workmen employed in industry in West Bengal. Whereas it is expedient to provide for the payment of house-rent allowance to workmen employed in industry in West Bengal; It is hereby enacted in the Twenty-fifth Year of the Republic of India, by the Legislature of West Bengal, as follows :-
