Delhi Co-Operative Societies Act, 2003 Section 77
04Reasoning
The RCS verified the petitioner’s membership and regularised the self-draw in its letter dated 23 October 2026, thereby granting the substantive relief sought.
¶ 8In light of that action, the Court directed the DDA to issue a regularisation letter and permitted the petitioner to apply for leasehold-to-freehold conversion once the DDA’s IDLI portal opened.
¶ 9–1005Holding
The Court treated the petitioner’s regularisation relief as already granted, directed the DDA to issue a regularisation letter in his favour, and permitted him to apply for conversion through the IDLI portal once it reopened.
¶ 9–10The petition was disposed of accordingly.
